Luke Combs and Eric Church will Lead Hurricane Relief Concert

A major benefit concert to aid North Carolina’s recovery from Hurricane Helene has been organized. Luke Combs and Eric Church, Billy Strings, and James Taylor will headline the “Concert for Carolina” on October 26 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. All proceeds from the event will go to relief efforts led by Combs and Church. They’re both North Carolina natives. They will distribute the funds to organizations assisting storm-affected communities.

Combs plans to direct the money raised to groups like Samaritan’s Purse, Manna Food Bank, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC. Meanwhile, Church will distribute his portion through his Chief Cares charity, focusing on those directly impacted by the hurricane. The funds aim to support various areas hit hard by the storm.

Concert Venue and Additional Artists

The group of artists reached out to Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper to host the event. With the Panthers scheduled to play in Denver that weekend, the venue was available. Additional artists are expected to be announced. ESPN’s Marty Smith along with Barstool Sports’ Caleb Pressley will host the show.
