The deluxe version will feature four previously unreleased songs: “Cool,” “That’s So True,” “I Told You Things,” and “Packing It Up.” In addition to the new tracks, it will include live Vevo recordings of fan favorites like “I Love You, I’m Sorry,” “I Knew It, I Know You,” and “Free Now.” Abrams expressed her excitement on Instagram, saying, “I could float away,” as she revealed the updated tracklist.
Performing “That’s So True” on Tour
Abrams has already introduced fans to one of the new tracks, “That’s So True,” during her U.S. tour for The Secret of Us. Next, she will join Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour later this month, performing as the opening act. In 2025, Abrams will continue promoting her music with a European tour starting in February, giving fans abroad a chance to experience the new songs live.
A Slightly Updated Album Design
The deluxe edition will feature a small change to the album’s cover art. New cover swaps the original yellow font for baby blue. The new cover also shows Abrams resting her mouth against her knuckle. The original version of the album, released in June, was produced by Aaron Dessner. That version included contributions from Abrams’ close friend Audrey Hobert. Rolling Stone praised the album for refining the emotional storytelling of her debut. The magazine described it as a collection of heartbreak songs that captures the complexities of relationships in your early twenties.
